Provident Behavioral Health is seeking new graduate and experienced nurses to join a dynamic critical care team. The role offers a clear 12-18 month career pathway from Stepdown to ICU, with an RN Residency Program that includes hands-on mentorship, classroom training, and leadership guidance to build confidence and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Previous hospital experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and monitor care effectiveness.
• Coordinate care with other departments and protect patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in evaluating and improving care delivery in unit teams.
