Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient group.
• Coordinate care delivery to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families; promote well-being.
• Provide discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
• Delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff per scope of practice.
• Maintain competence in stepdown nursing practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance efforts.
