Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient- and family-centered care across age groups in our stepdown and progressive care units.

You will demonstrate assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation using evidence-based standards for quality, safety, and service, with a Florida RN license and BLS/ACLS. This role offers opportunities for clinical growth in a faith-based, compassionate team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• BSN preferred; RNs with an Associate degree have 3 years to complete BSN.
• Certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient- and family-centered care using evidence-based practice and standards of quality, safety and service.
• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for patients across neonates to geriatrics in the unit.
