Overview:

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintaining professional accountability. Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers, coordinates patient care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties in alignment with our mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of employment or valid compact license, meeting all state board requirements.
• Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on the unit, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
