Job summary

Huntsville Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to assess patient needs, plan and delegate care, and evaluate outcomes during the shift. You will be accountable for the care delivered and progress toward expected goals while collaborating with the care team.

Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome; Alabama licensure or multi-state licensure is required, along with BLS and ACLS within one year of hire. A supportive environment with education opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS within one year of hire.

• Identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
• Plan and delegate care based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to care and attainment of outcomes.
