Job summary

Huntsville Hospital is seeking an RN who will identify patient needs, plan and delegate care, and evaluate outcomes during their shift. The role requires licensure and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within a leading hospital system in Alabama.

The RN will utilize assessment findings to set priorities, ensure appropriate care plans, and monitor patient responses, maintaining accountability for care outcomes throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience: Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• Additional Skill/Abilities: BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS within one year of hire.
