Required Length And Type Of Experience

Required Licensure Or Certification

Current State of Ohio Registered Nurse license

• Current Valid State Driver's License (VDL)
• Minimum of two years of driving experience; minimum of five years of driving experience if transporting patients and/or visitors.
• Zero points preferred on driver's license and cannot exceed six points total allowable.
• Maintain evidence of personal auto insurance.
• Assume responsibility to pay fees associated with traffic violations.
• Must maintain eligibility of insurability as determined by ARMC's insurance carrier's requirement to operate organization's vehicles.

Required Physical And Environmental Demands

Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a telephone, analyze and prepare written records, and provide hands-on care to clients. Requires normal range of hearing to communicate with staff, clients, physicians, and other health care providers. Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.

General Summary
