Job summary

Southcoast Health System, Inc. in Fairhaven, MA is seeking an RN-Staff Nurse for a 40‑hour day shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm) to join our community‑focused team delivering high‑quality patient care close to home.

Qualifications

Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
One to three years of related experience preferred.
Previous Medical Office experience is desirable.
Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
3-5 years of specific experience may be required based on practice/department specialty.
Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
ACLS may be required based on practice/department specialty.

Responsibilities

Coordinate nursing care for patients and participate in patient/family teaching.
Provide leadership by working with nursing and patient team personnel.
Ensure care appropriate to the age group served.
