Job summary

Careway Medical Adult Day Care in Elmwood Park, NJ is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves providing patient care in a home-like setting and collaborating with physicians and caregivers to ensure safe, continuous care for at-risk adults.

The position offers opportunities for growth and requires an active NJ nursing license. Bilingual Spanish skills are helpful but not required. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend or on-call hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow physician's orders to maintain an optimal level of functioning.
• Developing monthly care plans.
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assisting clients with ADL's as needed.
