Pratt Regional Medical Center Corporation seeks a qualified registered nurse to provide professional nursing services in the treatment and care of residents, following physicians' orders. You will assess conditions, administer medications, document progress, and coordinate care with the care team for optimal resident outcomes.

Weekend/holiday rotations may be required; sign-on bonus eligibility is noted along with a comprehensive fringe benefits package including health insurance and retirement

Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN in Kansas.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification.
• Must have basic computer literacy in Windows environment and CPSI familiarity.

Job Summary: Provides professional nursing services in the treatment and care of assigned residents in accordance with physicians' orders. Provides for the comfort and well-being of residents by assessing condition, providing treatments and administering prescribed drugs, documenting progress and other observations. Coordinates nursing care for residents and participates in resident and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other resident team personnel in maintaining standards. Provides general nursing care to residents in the facility.

Job Qualifications: Licensed RN in the state of Kansas. BLS, ACLS, PALS certified. Requires basic computer literacy within a Windows environment, including word processing functions, use of the internet, and computer-based education. Keyboarding ability required. Experience using CPSI documentation software will be an asset, to include nursing assessments, electronic MAR with bedside barcode scanning, and Computerized Physician Order Entry. Successful candidates should be ready to use information technology in a meaningful way, in order to improve resident outcomes and ensure resident safety.

Additional Information: Weekend and/or Holiday rotations may be required.
