Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a skilled nursing facility looking for a dedicated Staff Educator to join our team full-time.

Position Summary

As our Staff Educator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing orientation, training, and ongoing education for our clinical and non-clinical staff. You'll play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver orientation and training programs for new hires
  • Provide ongoing in-service training based on regulatory requirements and facility needs
  • Identify performance gaps and implement training plans to improve staff competencies
  • Maintain documentation of all education and training activities
  • Support annual skills evaluations and certifications (e.g., CPR)
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to all staff
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure quality standards and training goals are met

Qualifications

  • Current PA RN license (required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
  • Prior experience in a staff development or training role preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations
  • CPR Instructor certification (or willingness to obtain)
