Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Georgia is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service education in accordance with Life Care standards.

The role requires an RN license, nursing diploma (ADN or BSN), and preferred teaching/education experience. CPR certification must be current. The coordinator will train nursing and other staff, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree) required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Teaching/education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, conduct, evaluate, and coordinate staff training, education, in service, and orientation.
• Maintain associate training and in-service records.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
