We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Flex Shift at our facility. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide individualized care.

1. Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to professional standards and departmental policies.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge through professional education, training, or certifications as required by the specialty area.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Experience: 1 year in a clinical specialty (Preferred)
• License/Certifications: PA Registered Nurse License (Required), BLS (Required)
