3. Collaborate with patients, families, peers, and other healthcare team members to individualize patient care using the nursing process.
4. Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to standards, policies, and procedures.
5. Maintain necessary professional education, training, or certifications relevant to the specialty area.
