Job summary

Marshall Medical Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to organize and coordinate nursing care for patient groups in accordance with hospital policies. The RN will monitor patients, evaluate progress, perform treatments, and document clinical observations; participate in orientation and management of staff.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Alabama RN license and BLS certification are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current AL RN license.
• BLS required.

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and coordinates delivery of nursing care to groups of patients in compliance with hospital and departmental policies, protocols and procedures. He/she provides direct patient care by monitoring physiological and behavioral status, evaluating patient progress and the effectiveness of interventions, and by performing treatments and procedures. He/she recognizes, reports and documents clinical observations. The Registered Nurse participates in orientation, training and management of personnel.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current AL RN License. BLS required.
