Cook Children's Health Care System in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an RN, Staff SC, to provide individualized nursing care within Alliance Multispecialty clinics. You will apply the nursing process to support the medical plan and deliver high-quality specialty care.

• 1+ years of direct nursing experience.

Summary:

The RN, Staff SC (Alliance Multispecialty) is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care tailored to the specific needs of patients and their families within a specialty clinic environment. Utilizing the nursing process as a foundational framework, this role provides clinical expertise that augments the medical plan of treatment established by the specialty care team. The nurse is responsible for assessing patient requirements, implementing specialized interventions, and coordinating care that aligns with the unique clinical standards of the specific specialty service. By integrating patient-centered advocacy with evidence-based practice, the RN Staff SC ensures that complex specialty care is delivered with high precision and clinical excellence.

Floating Coverage across locations as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of direct nursing experience
• Associate's degree in nursing
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS, PALS
