Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking an RN, Staff SC for the Alliance Multispecialty clinic. The role delivers tailored nursing care, assesses patient needs, and coordinates care across the specialty team, with floating coverage across locations as required.

The RN must have an ADN, an active RN license, and BLS/PALS certifications, working in a first shift, 40-hour week environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.

Summary:

The RN, Staff SC (Alliance Multispecialty) is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care tailored to the specific needs of patients and their families within a specialty clinic environment. Utilizing the nursing process as a foundational framework, this role provides clinical expertise that augments the medical plan of treatment established by the specialty care team. The nurse is responsible for assessing patient requirements, implementing specialized interventions, and coordinating care that aligns with the unique clinical standards of the specific specialty service. By integrating patient-centered advocacy with evidence-based practice, the RN Staff SC ensures that complex specialty care is delivered with high precision and clinical excellence.

Floating Coverage across locations as needed

Qualifications:
