Job summary

Mercy is seeking a nurse to join the Float Pool on a part-time weekend basis. The role offers broad clinical exposure across multiple units, with opportunities to grow skills and provide high-quality patient care.

You will rotate through Med/Surg, ICU, CVICU, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, and more, while upholding Mercy's mission and values. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of acute care RN experience (BSN preferred) and hold an active Missouri RN license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across units as assigned.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with care teams across departments.

Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.
