Responsibilities

Responsible for developing a comprehensive program to support the Spine Service Line. Works with multidisciplinary groups to streamline care and develop protocols to ensure safe, quality care is delivered. Serves as a subject matter expert for these programs. Acts as a liaison between nursing and physicians. Provides leadership in the assessment, development, and implementation of policies and procedures that are directly and indirectly related to the Spine program. Responsible to meet regulatory and payer requirements.

Minimum Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse.
  • Associate Degree.
  • Full-time in-person work environment.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of RN experience in a medical/surgical unit.
