Job summary

Responsibilities

• Integrates nursing interventions into the interprofessional plan of care.
• Implements safe, competent, and efficient patient and family care within policies, procedures, and standards.
• Sets priorities adapting to changing patient and unit/clinic situations.
• Documents the nursing process to reflect a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient and family care.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and consults with Spine Center Team regarding variances and changes to the plan of care.
• Identifies learning needs of patients and families and teaches by adapting information for individualized learning.
