Job summary

Responsibilities

• Specialty Program management across the continuum from admission to discharge.
• Develops and maintains clinical practice guidelines, order sets, and care paths; reviews and revises annually.
• Maintains the specialty registry through data collection and analyzes outcomes to identify improvements.
• Monitors adherence to clinical guidelines and reports outcomes to the specialty team and organization.
• Serves as a clinical expert for complex patient care and collaborates with staff and leadership.
