Job summary

Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR seeks an experienced registered nurse for the Oncology unit on the night shift. The RN will apply the nursing process, follow Baptist Health training, provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve excellent outcomes.

Requirements include an Arkansas RN license; BSN preferred; CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided; 72 hours bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arkansas is required.
• BSN is preferred but not mandatory.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided in some areas.

Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care. Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team. RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided. Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.

This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
