Job summary

Baptist Health in Arkansas seeks a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit. The RN will use the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care, demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking. The role requires Arkansas RN licensure with BSN preferred, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Shifts are Day from 06:30 to 17:00, with a 48-hour bi-weekly schedule. CPR is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• New RN graduate or RN in good standing.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided as needed.
