Qualifications
- Current CT RN license required.
- Graduate RN acceptable; CT RN license required before start date.
- ASN required (BSN must be obtained within 6 years of starting as RN).
- BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in Specialty Medical Nursing Units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Participate in Nurse Residency program and ongoing education.
- Support professional development and clinical instruction for nursing staff.
