Hartford Hospital is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for Specialty Medical Nursing Units. Experienced nurses, student nurses and recent graduate nurses welcome and encouraged to apply.

Various shifts and hours with weekend and holiday components; open to full time, part time and per diem. Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license required before start date.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• ASN required with a BSN to be obtained within six years of starting in the RN role.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Hartford Hospital Specialty Medicine Units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment and effective time management.

Education

Current Connecticut RN License

Graduate of an accredited nursing school

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License required prior to start date
