Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates learning needs of the patient and family and provides education appropriate to age and condition.
• Plans, implements and evaluates patient care based on assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, documents and communicates patient condition.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
• May precept students and new hires.
