Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN for the Special Care Unit in Fort Wayne, IN to deliver quality nursing care and support residents’ highest practicable well-being. Requires a nursing diploma and active RN license, with geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities include care planning, supervision of CNAs/LPNs, timely charting, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. An Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associates or bachelor’s degree) required.
• Current RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care on the special care unit.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans as conditions change.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
