Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders.
• Complete assessments and document accurately in the medical record.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers/families as needed.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent situations calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
