Compassion for geriatric and medically complex residents.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions.
Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor, document and report resident status and responses to care.

Join our 110-bed skilled nursing facility, where nurses are part of a compassionate, resident-centered team serving both Long Term Care and Transitional Care residents in an integrated care environment.. Caring primarily for older adults, nurses build meaningful relationships while delivering a broad range of services, including rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, chronic disease management, wound care, IV therapy, and end-of-life support. Nurses also play a key role in rehabilitation and care planning, partnering closely with therapy teams, providers, residents, and families to support recovery, independence, and quality of life.
