Colonial Manor of Elma is seeking a staff nurse to join our caring team and help manage operations on the assigned unit. You will supervise clinical staff, provide guidance, and contribute to a positive facility culture while upholding high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or compact state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

• Oversee activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and ensure adequate staffing.
