Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team and acts as family advocate.
• Delivers patient care in an inpatient setting with accurate documentation.
• Supports unit goals and serves as preceptor or charge nurse when needed.
• Demonstrates growth & development knowledge to tailor care by age group.
