Job summary

Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high‑quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. Part‑time and per diem shifts include evenings with 8‑hour shifts.

Earn $36.50–$41.73 hourly with shift differentials, plus comprehensive benefits, same‑day pay options, and a supportive leadership team focused on teamwork and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Virginia RN license required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Team player and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs according to standards, orders, and policies.
• Plan nursing interventions for each resident and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and identify problems or trends.
• Educate families and residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and chart progress notes.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate rehabilitation with therapists.
