Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital in Lawrence Township, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options (3pm–11pm) with daily pay and competitive hourly rates.

As an RN you will provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while upholding our values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license required.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
