Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare, education, technology, or related field.
• Current RN license.
• Five years of recent acute care experience.
• Two years experience using adult learning principles.
• Ability to facilitate shared understanding and creative teamwork.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with programming and troubleshooting software.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements simulation-based education for workforce development.
• Plans, designs, implements and evaluates curricula and learning outcomes.
• Provides expert consultation on simulation development and integration.
• Develops and delivers employee development and designated learning programs.
• Sets up, programs, maintains, and troubleshoots simulation equipment.
• Evaluates learning effectiveness using standardized outcomes and metrics.
• Leads technology upgrades and integration of media in training programs.
• Evaluates programs and solicits feedback from internal and external customers.
• Guides research projects and translates results into actionable improvement.
