The RN Simulation Educator is a clinically experienced nurse educator who will facilitate student learning in the Health Assessment, Professional Nursing Practice Skills Labs, open labs,will assist with graduate skills labs, and facilitate scenario-based simulation sessions. This educator will assess performance and competency of individual learners and provide remediation as needed, while serving as a professional role model for students in dress, communication, patient care delivery & advocacy, and problem-solving, to facilitate the students’ socialization into the nursing profession.
This position is grant-funded. Funding for this role is currently secured for two years from the grant's start date. Grant ends May 31, 2028, unless new grant funds are secured.
A Master’sdegree and two years of relevant work experience are required..
