Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care and teach using the nursing process. You will lead and guide other nursing staff while following organizational policies to ensure quality care. Care is provided to patients of all age groups.

Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and unit-specific requirements are essential. This role requires Ohio RN licensure and BLS, with additional certifications per department policy.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skill in nursing theory and practice of the nursing process.
• Nurses assigned to a specialty unit will be required to meet the criteria established for that unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and teaching through the nursing process.
• Direct and guide activities of other nursing personnel while adhering to policies.
• Assist in providing care to patients of all age groups.
