Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process and to teach patients and families. The RN will guide other nursing staff while upholding organizational policies and professional standards.

The role requires graduation from an accredited college/university and current Ohio RN licensure with BLS. Experience is preferred and department-specific certifications may apply.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skill in nursing theory and practice of the nursing process.
• Nurses assigned to a specialty unit will be required to meet the criteria established for that unit.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care and teaching through the nursing process.
• Assists in the provision of care to patients of all age groups.
