Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Sioux Center, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.

Shifts rotate 7:00am–7:30pm and 7:00pm–7:30am, with every third weekend and holiday. A sign-on bonus of $10,000–$15,000 and shift differentials up to $3 during nights and additional weekend premiums are offered. Student loan repayment may be available.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in state of practice upon hire.
• Visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care by reviewing prescriptions and communicating care plans to the team.
• Develop nursing care plans based on patient history and assessments.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluate care and adjust plans to meet outcomes.
• Maintain infection control, medication safety, and storage procedures.
