Job summary

Allison Care Center in Colorado is seeking an RN to plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations, maintaining quality of life and dignity.

The role requires 1–3 years of direct care experience, a nursing degree, and an active Colorado RN license with CPR certification. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care plans and smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved RN program.
• Current, unencumbered Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors residents' condition and provides nursing care per care plan and orders.
• Assesses changes in residents' physical or psychological condition and documents findings.
• Coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges following regulations and policies.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to maintain standards of care.
