Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team and provide high-quality nursing care. You will assess patients, revise care plans, and supervise CNAs and LPNs while ensuring compliance with standards.

We welcome candidates with an active RN license, an associate's or bachelor's nursing degree, and CPR certification. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered RN in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revised care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, policies, and procedures.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
