Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Experience: Clinical experience reviewed for acceptability.
• Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Active RN license in resident state; multi-state license transfer in 30 days.
• BLS CPR required within 7 days of hire.
• Basic Rhythms training during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and documents a written plan of care within specified timeframe.
• Performs patient interventions completely and proficiently with age-specific competency.
• Provides appropriate treatment in emergency situations.
• Verifies orders for accuracy and coordinates tests/procedures and consents.
• Monitors medication administration and first-dose reactions as applicable.
• Performs related duties as required.
