Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations required.
• RN licensure required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications preferred where applicable.
• Knowledge of safety standards and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates with the care team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Ensures infection control and maintains a safe care environment.
• Documents care and patient education thoroughly in the medical record.
