Job summary

Join our 20-bed adult Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), where you'll care for a highly acute and complex surgical patient population in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our team takes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care and is deeply committed to education, professional development, and clinical excellence. Summary

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
