Job summary

Allegheny Health Network's Forbes Hospital in Monroeville seeks a Registered Nurse for the Short Stay Unit to assess, plan, and deliver nursing care for adult patients undergoing invasive procedures, with hours from early morning through completion of the schedule.

The RN will work within a multidisciplinary team, provide patient/family education, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety and quality of care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license or multi-state licensure (eNLC).
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34/33/73 background clearances required.
• HIPAA compliance and privacy policies adherence.
