Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Specialized Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients.
• Develops and updates patient care plans with families/partners.
• Interacts with patients, families, and staff in an EB-focused care team.
• Educates patients and families in management and care at discharge.
• Maintains accurate health information documentation per protocols.
• Follows nursing practices and protocols to minimize risk and ensure safety.
