Assist in facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating unit activities for the provision of quality patient care within the framework of the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health. Serve as a mentor and team lead for the staff. **Education / Experience**: Associate's degree in Nursing required and 4 years of Staff Nurse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
