Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations and facility policies, and acting as Administration's representative when leadership is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or active RN program enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policies.
• Represent Administration in the facility in the absence of leadership.
• Delegate administrative authority as needed.
