Job summary

Deborah in New Jersey seeks an RN supervisor for per diem shifts, overseeing operations across evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will coordinate staffing for patient care areas and assist with interdepartmental services while guiding emergency procedures.

Required are 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, a NJ Nursing License, and BLS Certification. Preferred are supervisory experience and a BSN or related degree to support leadership in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience required.
• NJ State Nursing License and BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and critical thinking skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervises management of operations during evening, night, weekend and/or holiday hours.
