Job summary

Samaritan Nursing and Rehab in West Bend, WI is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team and oversee patient care during night/PM shifts. Under new ownership, we are committed to a supportive work environment and high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality nursing care, staffing, and staff development; supervising nurses; promoting safety and compliance with state and federal regulations; and educating patients and families on health

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin is required.
• 1–2 years of management/leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to residents/patients; support nursing objectives and standards.
• Ensure nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care.
• Provide in-service/staff development programs to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clinical expertise to support nursing interventions.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients/residents, employees and visitors.
• Exercise administrative supervision over nursing personnel as directed by leadership.
• Comply with state and federal regulations in daily operations.
