Complete Care at Maple Grove in Madison, WI, is seeking a Charge Nurse RN / Shift Supervisor to lead our clinical operations on nights. This full-time role oversees nursing staff (CNAs and LPNs), ensures safe medication administration, and maintains survey-ready documentation while fostering coordinated care with physicians and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Wisconsin RN license and has at least 2 years in long-term care or subacute settings with prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Wisconsin RN license.
• At least 2 years of LTC or subacute experience.
• Proven supervisory or Charge Nurse experience.
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff (CNAs and LPNs) to maintain unit flow and medication administration safety.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and act as primary clinical resource for assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin state and federal standards; maintain survey-ready documentation.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, families and facility leadership for care updates.
